NOXON ASSOCIATES LIMITED offers an integrated approach to transportation planning, policy formulation, program development and communications. To us, transportation is a way to achieve social, economic and environmental goals -- not an end in itself. Since 2001, we have worked closely with federal government departments, municipalities and national associations to help them pursue their long-term goals through practical, effective actions that build awareness, momentum and partnerships.
